Medicare Advantage Application & Implementation

Since the mid 1980s, our highly experienced team of consultants has assisted scores of clients with Medicare managed care applications. We bring a multi disciplinary team to these engagements—clinicians, management consultants, actuaries, and professionals with expertise in administration, marketing, sales, compliance, provider relations, and other areas.

In collaboration with our clients, we draft key sections of the application and supply samples of completed documents.

Expert application and implementation assistance

Reden & Anders helps you by providing the expertise you need to prepare your Medicare Advantage Application and provides you with implementation assistance. We also coordinate visits with CMS regional offices, and if necessary, the Central office in Baltimore. Our consultants routinely discuss interpretation or determinations from CMS regional or central offices, and facilitate interdepartmental communication and teamwork, where necessary, to complete the application.

We support the application process by:

  • Drafting responses for each question on the application and required documents
  • Processing flow charts for all aspects of administration
  • Providing samples of required attachments to the application

Implementation

Following submission of the Medicare Advantage application, you will likely need to develop the supporting infrastructure for the product, respond to CMS questions, and prepare for the CMS site visit. Reden & Anders will assist you through this implementation process.

Third party administrative assistance

If necessary, we also assist clients with obtaining third party administrative assistance with their Medicare managed care programs. We have a standard scope of services, RFP language, benchmark pricing, and other key tools to help in the TPA selection.
