Desk audit helps you gather documentation
Prior to the review, we conduct a desk audit of the key compliance documents and programs. This desk audit helps you collect all necessary materials by providing a checklist of documents CMS will expect to review in advance of the actual audit.
Review and adjust
Finally, we will conduct a full two- to three-day review using CMS guides and our knowledge and experience of CMS requirements. Based on the information we compile from the review, you will be able to adjust, if necessary, before the CMS Audit.
