Scott Rabin

Scott Rabin leads the Reden & Anders Employer Consulting practice. In this role, he is responsible for leading the team in all aspects of our business, including client service, new business, and recruitment and development of talent.
He has spent more than 15 years in health care, helping large employer clients with strategic planning, financial reporting, vendor management and vendor selection. Prior to joining Reden & Anders, Scott was the national client delivery leader for a large human resources consulting firm.
Rabin has worked with a number of large employers in a variety of industries, including Intel, Catholic Healthcare West, St. Josephs Health System, Countrywide Financial, and Universal Studios.
Scott received his Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in economics from Brandeis University.
